Tata Docomo eKYC enables onboarding and subsequent customer activation through a paperless, fast and efficient authentication. It relies on the customer’s Aadhaar unique identification number (UID) and biometric (fingerprint) authentication.
The eKYC app enables replacing of physical forms with pre-authenticated government provided data authentication that is more user friendly and efficient.

To activate customers through this app, you will require:
1. To be registered with Tata Docomo as authorized Retail outlet for initiating eKYC activations
2. Access to android based handset with OTG-USB cable
3. Access to registered biometric device with drivers that are supported by Tata Docomo eKYC App
4. Application Supports Mantra Device
